homeowner associations in the Sarasota and surrounding area in
1999 and presently has offices in
Sarasota, Manatee and Ft. Myers counties. SunVast Properties is a full service association management company providing services in the areas of facilities management, financial management and
administration.
SunVast Properties employs experienced property managers and provides monthly in house training for the managers. Property
managers are accessible for emergency service twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week. The property managers are supported by a qualified
accounting and administrative staff and the company is fully computerized with state of the art technology.
The company’s goal is to provide
the highest level of professional management to condominium and homeowner associations and to relieve board members and owners from the burden
of the daily operations of their association. SunVast Properties works as a partner with the Board of Directors to accomplish the following goals:
